Crafted from premium rabbit fur felt, each hat begins with cleaned, blended rabbit fur fibres formed into a loose hood. Through heat, moisture and pressure, the fibres tighten into dense felt. The hood is then steamed and blocked to set the 11.5 cm crown and generous 11 cm brim, creating that distinctive silhouette. Edges are trimmed and the surface is lightly sanded for the signature smooth hand-feel rabbit fur felt is known for.
