Returns & Refunds
Custom-made hats, once tailored to specific individual preferences, are non-returnable.
However, for other products, should you change your mind, we are able to offer an exchange if initiated within seven days from the date of receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@urbandusthatbar.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2A Main Street, Maldon, VIC, 3463.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
In the event that an item is found to be defective, and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Please be informed that items purchased on sale are considered final and are exempt from returns or exchanges.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
