Customised hats can not be returned but if there is a change of mind on any other products, we are happy to exchange them within seven days from the date of the receipt.If the garment is faulty and we can not replace it we will offer a full refund of the price paid.Sale items are final.

Yes we can do a zoom call and put a hat together. Alternatively you can send in pictures of your outfit, favourite colours, hobbies, star sign and we can send through options to choose from.

We will of course accept walk ins but if there is a party or group booking in play we may ask that you pop back in at an agreed time. There is so much to explore in Maldon that the wait time will be minimal. 

You sure can if the booking is for more than 5 people. We can also offer evening bookings so please reach out to the team to discuss.

Yes you sure can. We do not use any glues on the hat so they can be easily changed. All brooches and pics attached to the hat may cause a small hole but as they are made from wool we can often steam these right out!

We understand that things happen in life which are unavoidable.  Where possible we will try and find you another date that the deposit can be transferred to otherwise the deposit is not refundable.
